"Our stay at the Bottger was like spending several days at a friend's home. Upon arriving in our room, we were pleasantly surprised with fresh baked cookies and iced water. The bed and bedding were comfortable - sleep came easy. We had access to a refrigerator, cutlery and china. Breakfast was a unique, delicious experience - with a breakfast-snack-to-go the morning we had to leave early for our balloon ride and would have missed breakfast. Kathy and Steve are excellent hosts. The location is great - right at the entrance of Old Town. A sign celebrating the centennial of Route 66 was installed during our stay. "
